Q: What is Den of Tees? A: Den of Tees is your go-to online shop for unique, high-quality, print-on-demand t-shirts inspired by the magic, humor, and adventure of Dungeons & Dragons! We're passionate about bringing designs that resonate with players, Dungeon Masters, and fantasy enthusiasts to life.

Q: Are your designs officially licensed D&D products? A: Our designs are inspired by the rich themes and culture of tabletop role-playing games, particularly Dungeons & Dragons. While we love D&D, our products are original fan-art designs and are not officially licensed by Wizards of the Coast.


PRODUCTS

Q: What kind of t-shirts do you use? A: We prioritize comfort and quality! Our t-shirts are typically made from soft, durable materials like 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, or comfortable cotton blends for heather colors. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

Q: How do I know what size to order? A: We offer unisex sizing for our apparel. To ensure the best fit, please refer to the detailedĀ size chart available on each product page. We recommend measuring one of your favorite t-shirts at home and comparing it to our chart.

Q: How do I care for my Den of Tees shirt? A: To keep your tee looking great for many adventures:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron directly on the decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q: How do I place an order? A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired t-shirt design, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout from your cart, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available through Shopify. Your payment information is always secure.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? A: Since each item is custom-printed especially for you, our production process begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at support@denoftees.store within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be possible as your order will likely be in production.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: As we use a print-on-demand model, your order first needs to be custom-printed before it ships. Your total delivery time is the sum of Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Production Time: Typically 2-7 business days.
  • Shipping Time (USA Standard): Typically 3-5 business days.

Q: Where is my order tracking number? A: Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order? A: We partner with various print providers through Printify to offer a wide range of products. If you ordered multiple items, they might be printed at different facilities and shipped separately. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way and you'll receive separate tracking for each package!

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Not at this time.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return/exchange policy? A: Your satisfaction is important to us! If there's an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product, print error), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we'll be happy to help. Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
